2. Data Protection

ARDIARANA S.L., in compliance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights, and the GDPR, ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data. For this, together with each form to collect personal data in the services that the user can request from ARDIARANA S.L, it shall inform users of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions for the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the responsible person, the possibility of exercising their rights, the purpose of processing and the communication of the data to third parties where appropriate.

3. IP addresses

The servers of the website can automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user.

An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a server activity file duly registered which allows the subsequent processing of the data in order to obtain only statistical measurements, which inform of the number of page prints, the number of visits made to web services, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

4. Security

The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorised access to data.

6. Exercising rights

And, if they do not wish to receive communications by e-mail, they may exercise their right of cancellation and opposition by requesting to unsubscribe by ordinary mail or e-mail, as well as via the link that they will appear in each e-mail they receive from ARDIARANA S.L..

7. Processing activity and purpose

ARDIARANA S.L. collects the information of each customer/supplier/etc. for the provision of our CHEESEMAKING service.

Categories of data to which we have access: IDENTIFICATION AND CONTACT DATA (NAME, SURNAME, EMAIL, TELEPHONE…).

Transfer of data by the data controller:
ARDIARANA S.L. informs web users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties or organisations except when the transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of the service implies the need for a contractual relationship with service providers responsible for processing. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party will only be carried out when ARDIARANA S.L. has the the user’s express consent  and maintains a contractual relationship with the data processor that guarantees confidentiality and compliance.

ARDIARANA S.L. expressly prohibits the user of the website from sharing, providing or transferring third party data, which may be obtained from contact, interaction or browsing or consultation through this website, unless the user whose data they intend to transfer can accredit their express authorisation.

We remind web users that DATA also includes image files of people. Personal images are data protected by law (Article 5.1 of the LOPD Implementing Regulation). Therefore, no one may use them without the express consent of the person who appears in them.
