It is a semi-fat product with 45% fat, all of it coming from sheep’s milk. It has no added fat, so when it melts it does not release any fat.

Ideal to eat it natural or melted.

Put it in the microwave for the necessary time to make it soft and serve with toasted bread. You can add oregano and tomato sauce.

You can eat it diced in salads.
