ZUCCHINI CREAM SOUP WITH SOFT CHEESE AND BIFIDUS

Today, we suggest preparing a zucchini cream soup with Kamiku soft cheese with bifidus.
· INGREDIENTS ·
- 1 large zucchini
- 2 onions
- 2 small potatoes
- 200g of soft cheese with bifidus
- Water to taste
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
· INSTRUCTIONS ·
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pressure cooker.
- Peel the zucchini and onions, chop them, and add them to the pot to sauté lightly.
- Clean, peel, and chop the potatoes, then add them to the pot along with the other ingredients.
- Add water (we recommend adding a bit extra to adjust the texture when blending).
- Add a pinch of salt to taste.
- Add the cheese.
- Close the pressure cooker and let it cook on medium heat for 25 minutes.
- After the time is up, open the pot and blend until smooth.
